Mazel tov to Isaac, who last Saturday became a Bar Mitzvah! It was an event-filled day, beginning with a little rehearsal before the Saturday service. Photography isn’t permitted during the actual service, so these photos were taken earlier, before it began. Isaac’s parents and sisters offered lots of support, smiles and laughs. Putting on their prayer shawls led to even more laughs, especially with the addition of Isaac’s cousins. Orange was the color of the day.A luncheon catered by the always amazing big Burrito followed. And that was just the beginning! The party really started that evening, with a celebration at Isaac’s home. A wide variety of arcade games and T-shirt painting kept all the kids entertained. (And I know they loved those shirts, because the next day I recognized two boys at the Carnegie Science Center who were wearing theirs!)
