I remember back when I was getting married, there were a lot of givens. I knew I wanted to have my ceremony and reception in the same place, I knew I wanted Delibes’ “Flower Duet” to be my processional song, and I knew that Matt and I wanted to write our own ceremony. But when it came to flowers, I didn’t really have any idea. So I turned to my mom for help. When we met with florists, she said that she wanted “simple seasonal arrangements on the tables that looked like you picked them from a field and put them in a vase.”

When I saw Jessie and Jason’s flowers at their wedding last summer, those words were exactly what came to mind. Just small, simple arrangements on the guests’ tables as well as accents on various tables. So pretty!

And finally, Jessie’s vibrant, colorful bouquet. Beautiful!
