There’s no question it’s a lot of work to plan a wedding! Brides and grooms spent countless hours coordinating details, making decisions and trying to find ways to make their wedding unique. Through all of this, their trusty bridesmaids and groomsmen are there, giving advice, offering support and helping think through different options. Of course they get to benefit from this because they get to have a great time on the wedding day! But it’s also nice to offer them a little thank you for being there.

One of the biggest challenges if you’re planning a seated reception is figuring out where everyone is going to sit. Once you get through that hurdle (and I have no advice to offer there! It’s hard!) the next step is to let your guests know where to sit. Escort cards are a popular choice, but another alternative is to have a large single display. This could help those prone to misplacing things in case they set their card down during cocktail hour and then forget where they’re supposed to sit… they can just go back and check the list. It also makes it easy to see where to find other friends and family.Looks like these guys are happy with their table!
