  • Hello! I’m Christina.

Welcome! If you're looking for a wedding or portrait photographer in the Pittsburgh area, you're in the right place.

Choosing a photographer is one of the most important decisions you'll make during your wedding planning. It's so important to find someone you can trust to capture the big and small moments of your wedding day, and someone who makes you feel comfortable at ease.

I'm known for being laid back and relaxed, and respect that this is your day to celebrate and enjoy. My goal is to get you beautiful images efficiently and unobtrusively so that you have lots of time for fun.

Introducing Tasty Tuesday!

Now that wedding season has wrapped up, I’m happy to have a little time to share some of the amazing details featured at this year’s weddings. I look forward to showing off some very original reception decor ideas, flowers, color schemes and more.

One of my favorite details to photograph (and I admit, I really enjoy shooting details!) is the wedding cake. Even though I’m not actually a huge fan of eating cake, I’m fascinated by the artistry and creativity of cake decorating. If I had a couple more lifetimes to live, you can be sure I’d fine some time to learn how to create cake masterpieces. Or… be a florist. You know, styling hair is pretty amazing too…

Anyhow… back to cakes (and we’ll be seeing some cookie tables here in the mix, too.) Jessica and Jason’s wedding at Armstrong Farms featured an outdoorsy tree theme. Each layer of their cake was surrounded by a ring of straw and colorful wildflowers. So pretty!

A birds’ nest sat on top.I loved photographing the cake with the glowing lights of Armstrong Farms’ Fieldstone Barn.

Jessica and Jason’s cake was created by Paddy Cake.

…. and that’s a wrap.

November’s here! For me, that means no more weddings for the rest of this year. What will I do with my free time? Well, I’ll be working on creating and ordering albums for this year’s brides and grooms, and placing orders for prints and other products for holiday gifts.

But you can be sure that I will be spending quite a lot of time sharing laughs and fun times with my two favorite little boys in the whole world.

Thanks to my phone for the first photo of Leo and me, and thanks to my super duper awesome friend Randi Voss for picking up my camera and shooting the second and third frames during a visit to Phipps.

YAY I’m totally honored to be featured here. It was such a great moment and I couldn’t resist capturing those two beautiful faces. :)
