No, your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you. You’re here, but I’m proud to present a new logo and new look for the site. Big thanks to my site host and blogsite designers, Portfoliositez, for providing some of the best customer service and technical support I’ve ever received. And not just in the photography business, but anywhere! James, Tammie and Don, I’m consistently amazed by your quick responses, your extensive knowledge and your courteous, upbeat attitudes. Thank you – I can’t say enough about you!
My new logo was designed by Jodi Bell of Chocolate Cactus Designs.
I love my logo! I only wish the logo design process had gone more smoothly and not taken so long. I started working with Jodi of Chocolate Cactus Designs at the very beginning of September, but it was more than three months before I received my final logo design. I had ordered additional design projects, but due to frustration at how long I would have to wait to hear back from Jodi, and that after 6 weeks work had not even begun on them, I requested a refund, and Jodi promised that she would issue that refund. It’s now January 28, 2010 and I’m still waiting on that refund, and apparently I’m not alone. I hope I’ll be able to update this with a happy ending at some point.
