This cathedral is about a 60-second walk from my office. And yet this was only the second time I’ve ventured inside. This time I spent some time taking in the details.

My family and I spent a week after Christmas visiting my parents, back where I spent my childhood and adolescent years.
A lot has changed – it’s quite the combination of old and new. One of the new goats:
A newly renovated kitchen.
Kitchen backsplash, which incorporates Mercer tiles that have been in the house since it was built many, many years ago. (I forget just how old it is!)
